Delivery took longer than I would’ve liked but it was probably because it was around Christmas time. However I was not disappointed with the end result. Craftbuddy were really helpful when I was missing some crystals and shipped them out fast so I could carry on working on my project. Overall, very happy with my purchase and I’ll be purchasing another one soon. Makes a fantastic gift.

Absolutely delighted with the quality and the sharpness of the crystal art project I ordered of my daughter and her husband on their wedding day. Finally finished this today - had to change some of the colours as the ones on the face were extremely bright pink and looked like they had severe sunburn!! They got married in August & this was taken on the day. Larger than I wanted it to be but that was due to the pixels. Overall pleased with the ordering process & finished article.

This is not what i ordered my rabbits look awful its not like the photo i sent in to be done it looks like their mouths are wide open the colors do not match even a little. I have emailed customer service the reason i havent given this a 1 star is because one of my custom art was good
The personalised crystal art pic is really good, but you’ve not sent enough crystals to finish the project, but it makes it annoying when there isn’t enough crystals to finish a project, and I need to email you to get more crystals. But Craft buddy is really good in their pics.

The background needs defining more so you can actually see the dog’s head. I had to put a temporary outline around the face to see where head actually starts. The dog’s head was totally white and the background carpet is clearly yellow and grey but has been changed to peach and white. Under the dog’s chin half the body and part of the leg disappear as they merge into the background. As does the back of the dog and his collar is red but has been changed to dark purple. This is supposed to be a birthday present for a husband to give to his wife but I do not think she will even recognise her own house never mind the dog. At the moment although I am only about half way through finishing it. I think the face looks like something out of phantom of the opera. If there is anything you could to improve on this I would be grateful. I did try some dark cream beads on the face to try and give it some definition which did help but I did not have enough to fill the whole face. I am very disappointed with it. I do not expect this review to be published I am really just looking for any help possible. Thank you.

It was worth the long wait to receive my canvas. Im very happy with the quality and have already started working on it. And the little bit that I've completed already looks great, can't wait to see the finished product. Only thing that i had a minor concern was that some of the beads had come off the packets but luckily there are plenty provided.
