We offer tracked UK and international delivery options. The available services and exact delivery cost for your destination will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
UK delivery
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
UK Standard Tracked
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Delivered by Royal Mail.
UK Premium Tracked
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Delivered by Royal Mail.
Free UK Standard Tracked delivery is available on orders of £35 or more.
International delivery
Our estimated international delivery times are:
- Europe: 5–7 working days
- USA and Canada: 7–10 working days
- Australia and Mexico: 5–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on your destination, parcel size and selected service.
All available delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
UK customers receive free Standard Tracked delivery when spending £35 or more.
Which delivery companies do you use?
Both our UK Standard Tracked and UK Premium Tracked services are delivered by Royal Mail.
International orders are sent using tracked courier services selected according to the destination, parcel size and service available. Your dispatch confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch email for the tracking information to become active.

Customs duties and import taxes
For orders delivered to the USA, any applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
For other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient before delivery.
Pre-orders and custom products
Custom Crystal Art kits normally take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will normally be dispatched together when the pre-order item becomes available. Please place separate orders if you would like the in-stock products sooner.
Delayed or missing parcels
Check the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email for the latest update.
If the estimated delivery period has passed and there has been no recent tracking update, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number so we can investigate.
